Blair Arthur Simpson is single and lives in Ogden, Utah per the 1949 California League Gold Book.  His nationality is English.  He graduated from Weber, Utah High School in 1945 and participated in baseball and track.  He is a civil service worker at Utah General Depot during the off-season.  His hobbies ae hunting and fishing.  His ambition is "win a lot of ball games".  He was in the U. S. Army for two years.  He is a cousin of Elmer Singleton, a pitcher with the San Francisco Seals.
