Forrest (Lefty) Burton Briggs is single and lives in Everett, Washington per the 1949 California League Gold Book.  His nationality is English-Irish.  He graduated from Everett High School in 1945 and played baseball.  He is a locomotive fireman during the off-season.  He struck out 119 batters  and walked 149 batters in the 1948 Northern League.  He was second in bases on balls issued with 149 in the 1948 Northern League.
