TSN umpire card shows 1976 MWL stint, but someone crossed it off. But the CR Gazette article seems confident he's the same person.  I'm assuming the press release the Gazette was working from mentioned the previous history.

Ordinarily, I'd assume this was two people, except the CR Gazette article seems confident he's the same person.
