Harry N. Griswold is married and lives in Long Beach, California per the 1949 California League Gold Book. His nationality is Scotch-Irish. He graduated from Humboldt High School in Saint Paul, Minnesota and was a member of the baseball, basketball, football and track teams. He is a graduate of the University Of Wisconsin with a B.S. Degree and played on the varsity baseball and basketball teams. He is a scout for the Cleveland Indians during the off-season. His hobby is photography. His baseball ambition is "to advance young ball players - and myself". During the war he was in the U. S. Army. He was chosen as the all-star catcher in the 1937 Southeastern League. He was chosen as the all-star catcher in the 1939 Kentucky-Illinois-Tennessee League.
