1900 Illinois census shows that Frank Pinkney is living in Peoria, Illinois with his father Harry, mother and two brothers. Frank was born April 1889 in Illinois.

WWI and WWII draft registration shows Frank A. Pinkney living in Peoria, Illinois and he was born April 14, 1889 in Peoria, Illinois.

S.S. death index has a Jun. 1971 date of death for Frank Pinkney who was born Apr. 14, 1889.
