Grover C. Gillen - Born March 5, 1885 - Saline, Michigan

Sources - 1880 census - Parents John & Ella Gillen and two siblings of Grover are living in Saline, Michigan. Younger brother Willie states that he was born 1889 in Saline, Michigan in WWI Draft Registration. Obit for Grover states that he was born in Saline, Michigan.

Died - December 15, 1960 - Ann Arbor, Michigan

Source - Washtenaw County, Michigan Death Records and Obit.

"SL" dated Jan. 20, 1906 states that the Toledo club has made a find of Grover Gillen of Saline, Michigan.

1910 census shows Grover living in Saline, Michigan with his parents and siblings and Grover is a professional ball player.

WWI Draft Registration shows Grover living in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
