Frank Marsh Mushinski, 87 of Shalom House in Ventnor died Saturday, January 22, 2011 in the Shore Memorial Hospital Somers Point, NJ.

Born in Taylor, PA, he was the son of the late Michael and Anna (nee Kurash) Mushinski.


Frank played minor league professional baseball in the 1940's for the Federalsburg A's in the Eastern Shore League until 1949 when he enlisted in the US Army serving until 1950. He was a Salesman for the National Cash Register Co. serving the Philadelphia and New Jersey area prior to his retirement in 1988. After retiring he worked as a Cashier at Atlantic City Race Track.


Frank is survived by his sisters Elizabeth "Betty" Gazdzik of Jenkintown, PA and Irene Biancaniello of Pennsauken, NJ and is the brother of the late Joseph Mushinski, Dorothy "Bobbie" Hawthorne and Helen Dugan Harvey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and 1 great grand nephew

Relatives and friends may call Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 259 Forest Ave., Ambler, PA with a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Cheltenham. [1]
