Gordon (Pancho) Hernandez is single and lives in Hayward, California. His nationality is Spanish. He graduated from Hayward Union High School in 1942 and played baseball. He led the 1951 Pioneer League in stolen bases with 55, triples with 14 and sacrifice hits with 18. He was named to the 1951 Pioneer League all-star team at second base. He was voted the most popular player on the 1951 Salt Lake City team. He is a brother of Pete Hernandez, a pitcher with Seattle.
