Alexander F. Pearson, pitcher, was born in Greensboro, Pa., March 9, 1881. He was with Homestead. He was later sold to Cleveland. He then joined Altoona in the Tri-State (outlaw) in 1904. He was there in 1905. He managed Uniontown, Pa., in 1906 and 1907. The team won the pennant in 1906. In 1908-09 he was with Baltimore in the Eastern (International) league. He came to Lawrence in 1910. He winters in West Bridgewater, Pa. [1]
