Charles (Chuck, The White Ghost) Dean Herman is single and lives in Detroit, Michigan per the 1951 California League Gold Book (Third Edition). He attended the University Of Detroit High School and McKenzie High School and played baseball, basketball and football. During the off-season he is a mechanic. His most unusual experience was being signed to a professional contract as a pitcher after having been a catcher in school.
