Cleveland is a city in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. It first hosted a professional team in the National Association in 1871, and the Cleveland Indians franchise has been a member of the American League since 1900. Cleveland holds the distinction of simultaneously hosting a Major League and minor league team for four consecutive years in 1912 to 1915.

  • Eastlake, Ohio, an east side suburb of Cleveland, which has been home of the Lake County Captains in the South Atlantic League since 2003. This team will join the Midwest League beginning with the 2010 season.
