Edward Donald Hinchberger lives in Wilmington, California per the 1951 California League Gold Book (Third Edition). His nationality is German-Irish. He graduated from Banning High School in 1945 and participated in baseball, football and track. He graduated from Compton College and was a member of the baseball and track teams. He was all-league in baseball in both high school and college. He served in the U. S. Army for 15 months.
