Drexel (Drex) Gene Waters is married and has no children and lives in Corcoran, California per the 1949 California League Gold Book. His nationality is American Indian. He graduated from Corcoran High School in 1946 and played baseball, football and basketball. He is a mechanic during the off-season. His brother, Melvin Waters, is a pitcher for Fort Worth in the Texas League.
