George David Morgan is married and has two children, Sandra Ann age 3 1/2 and Susan age 1. He lives in Arcadia, California per the 1951 California League Gold Book (Third Edition). His nationality is Welsh-Irish. He graduated from Pasadena Junior College in 1942 and participated in baseball, football and track. He is a greenskeeper for a golf course during the off-season. He served in the U. S. Army for 7 months. He is a brother of Dick Morgan, former Fresno catcher, now with Columbus.
