• Resided in San Francisco, California in 1953.
• Shows he was playing mamager of Yakima of the Western International League in 1945.
• Was a scout for the Detroit Tigers from 1947 to 1949.

Achievements

• Was a great third baseman, holding three major league marks for third basemen at one time that

 were all set in 1937.
