Images in the SABR Encyclopedia may or may not be freely available for use, depending on the license associated with the image and your intended use: check first.
The "Permission" field in an image's description should provide information on the license that the creator supplied, and give you information on what you can and cannot do with the image.
All images created in the United States before 1922 are in the public domain, and you are free to make any use of them that you wish.
