Two-time USA Today Honorable Mention Player of the Year in high school. Connecticut Post's Most Valuable Player his senior year. National Freshman of the Year at Wake Forest. ACC Rookie of the Year, NCAA All-Regional Team (Knoxville TN) and ACC All-Tornament Team. Second round selection by the Arizona Diamondbacks (2003).
