{{person-narrative-stub}} Michael P. Flaherty, catcher, was born in Syracuse, N.Y., Aug 28, 1890. He played third base when in semi-professional baseball. He played with Northampton in 1910. In June, 1911 the team disbanded. He went to Springfield and remained there until sent to Haverhill last spring by Billy Hamilton. He came to Lawrence as a part of the big trade.
