Napoleon (Nap) Gulley is married with one son, Randy age 4. He lives in Los Angeles, California per the 1951 California League Gold Book (Third Edition). His nationality is American Negro. He attended Vashon High School in Saint Louis, Missouri and played baseball, basketball and football. His hobbies are music and reading. Before entering professional baseball, he played for the Cleveland Buckeyes, Newark Eagles and Kansas City Monarchs in the Negro Major Leagues and Mexico City Reds in the Mexican League. In 1946 he pitched a no-hit game against a team of major and minor league all-stars at San Diego.
