OK, how do we decide a league executive career's significant? Some ideas:
- The person already has a wiki page for some other role.
- The person was the league president, even if only briefly.
- The person is in the league Hall of Fame.
- The person held league leadership roles for five or more seasons.
Anything else we want to add to this list? -jowo 4/12/209
