 Walter E. Cazen (born 1911) was a professional player. Cazen was credited with 74 steals while playing with Syracuse in 1945 which at the time represent the single-season record for a 154-game schedule. By December 1945 he was in a sanitorium in Lockport, N.Y. suffering from tuberculosis.
