Charles (Chuck) Raymond Johnston is single and lives in Huntington Park, California per the 1952 California League Gold Book (Fourth Edition). His nationality is English-Irish. He graduated from Huntington Park High School in 1951 and played baseball and basketball. He attends the University Of California At Los Angeles during the off-season and is a freshman. His hobbies are fishing and cars. He played American Legion ball for Post #87 in Huntington Park. His biggest thrill in baseball was getting two hits off Frank Dasso of Modesto in his first two trips to the plate in pro ball.
