Richard (Dick, Chief) Aubertin is married and has no children and lives in Wilbur, Washington per the 1949 California League Gold Book. His nationality is French-Canadian and Indian. He graduated from Wilbur High School in 1948 and won seven letters in baseball, basketball and track. He was captain of the baseball team. He pitched three no-hitters in a row while in high school. His off-season occupation is logging. His hobbies are flying, fishing and hunting. His baseball ambition is to pitch in Yankee Stadium.
