Portland Oregonian, Sept. 11, 1872 mentions the Olympics BBC of Victoria, British Columbia, playing the Washington BBC of Olympia, WA.
Victoria BC (1871 pop. about 3,300) is about 110 kilometers SW of Vancouver BC and about 120 miles NW of Seattle WA.
