Atlanta Daily Constitution, July 22, 1879, says the Milner base ball club played the Barnesville club July 19, with Barnesville winning 8-6.
Milner GA (current pop. about 500) about 50 miles S of Atlanta and about 5 miles NW of Barnesville.
