The Quincy Whig, Aug. 20, 1868, says the Occidental Junior BBC of this city played the Novelties of this city of an 18-18 tie. Same May 19, 1868 says the Occidental Juniors beat the Hawkeye Juniors 31-15 at Keokuk, IA May 18th. Same July 1, 1868 says the Occidentals played the Clippers of Monmouth.
