The Chicago Tribune, Oct. 11, 1867 says the "Little Vermillion" BBC of LaSalle played the O.K.'s of Ottawa Oct. 10th at the LaSalle County Fair. Same, Sept. 6, 1867 says the Little Vermillions played the Shabbona of Ottawa on Sept. 3rd.
