Transcription: Base Ball Game- Only six innings were played between the Lewiston and Colfax clubs on the Fourth. At the close of the first inning the score stood Colfax 11, Lewiston 2; second, 1 to 2. After the Lewiston boys gained until at the close it stood, Lewiston 21, Colfax 19.

Colfax WA (1880 pop. about 450)is in the SE corner of WA and about 55 miles NW of Lewiston ID.
