Herbert (Herbie) Wilson Kell is single and lives in Imboden, Arkansas per the 1949 California League Gold Book. He graduated from Imboden High School in 1943 and played baseball and football. He attends Arkansas Tech during the off-season and will be in his senior year. His hobby is hunting. He served three years in the U. S. Army Air Corps. He is a nephew of George Kell of the Detroit Tigers.
