Polo Grounds may refer to:

  • Polo Grounds I (the southeast diamond), the home park for New York (National) from 1883 to 1888, and New York (American Association) in 1884 and 1885.
  • Polo Grounds II (the southwest diamond), the home park for New York (American Association) in 1883.
  • Polo Grounds III, the home park for New York (National) in 1889 and 1890.
  • Polo Grounds IV, the home park for New York (Players) in 1890, and New York (National) from 1891 to 1911.
  • Polo Grounds V, the home park of the New York Giants from 1911 to 1957, as well as the New York Yankees from 1913 to 1922 and the New York Mets from 1962 to 1963.
