The funeral will be held from the home, on North Main street, at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. This year he had signed to play with Haverhill, Mass., and had but a short time ago received notification that be had been elected captain of the team. He expected to leave for Haverhill in a few days. For nearly two years Conley had been troubled with lung, and throat diseases, and last season it affected his work to a considerable extent.
