I've been talking with Rod Nelson about this, because it's one of those things that isn't cut-and-dried, especially when you have a "recommended by" and a "signed by" and so forth. Recommendation for now: record the information on the page somewhere, and create a temporary category flagging the page as needing formalization of signing information.
