Charlie Robertson attracted the attention of the Chicago White Sox in 1917. His first full professional season was in 1918 with the Minneapolis Millers, with whom he went 2-7. (Baseball-Reference.com has a Charles Roberson listed with the 1918 Millers, but this is actually Robertson.)
