  • Attended Seton Hall.
  • Starred in baseball and basketball at Seton Hall.

  • Played for the Boston Celtics in the BAA during the 1946-47 and 1947-48 seasons.
  • Spent the off-season as an insurance salesman as of 1952.
  • During the war he was an instructor at West Point, teaching tank driving, gunnery and maintenance; among his pupils were Doc Blanchard and Glen Davis, Army's famous touchdown twins of the gridiron.
