Richard (Dick, Greenie) Bernard Green is single and lives in Walnut Creek, California per the 1952 California League Gold Book (Fourth Edition). His nationality is Italian. He graduated from Acalanes High School in 1950 and participated in baseball, football and track. He works in a drug store during the off-season. His father, John Green, played baseball for many years and was formerly in the Pacific Coast League. When asked to describe his most interesting or unusual experience in baseball, he replied " Traveling is interesting - that bus is unusual".
