Gene Regernald Wyatt is single and lives in Converse, South Carolina per the 1952 California League Gold Book (Fourth Edition). He attended Clifton, South Carolina High School and played baseball. He is a textile worker during the off-season. His ambition in baseball is to "go as far as the Lord will let me". He led the 1951 Mountain States League outfielders in assists with 21. He was drafted by Fresno from Middlesboro in December, 1951.
