Played baseball in high school and for the Somerville Elks. Signed by the San Francisco Giants and assigned to Hastings of the Nebraska State League, but was released without pitching in a game. Signed out the Jack Rossiter baseball school by Jake Appleton for the Minnesota Twins[1].
