Joe Jenkins was the third-string catcher for the 1919 Chicago White Sox.

Jenkins began his professional career with Rome of the Southeastern League in 1911.Template:The Sporting News, October 18, 1911 He returned to the team in 1912 and hit .173 in 51 games for Rome.
