Milton Joffe is single and lives in Los Angeles, California per the 1949 California League Gold Book. His nationality is Spanish-Jewish. He graduated from Franklin High School in Los Angeles in 1946 and participated in baseball, football and track. He attended John Muir Junior College for one year. He was selected on the Southern Section all-star baseball team in 1946-1947. He played semi-pro ball with the Pasadena Dodgers. He led the 1948 Pioneer League outfielders in putouts with 361. He was second in assists for outfielders with 22 in the 1948 Pioneer League.
