Stanley (Mac) McWilliams is married and lives in Vallejo, California per the 1951 California League Gold Book (Third Edition). His nationality is Irish. He graduated from Vallejo High School in 1944 and played baseball, football and basketball. He is a graduate of the College Of Pacific where he played varsity baseball and basketball. He set an individual scoring mark for College Of Pacific in basketball. He pitched a no-hit game for College Of Pacific and two no-hitters in high school. His first professional start was a 1-0 shutout victory for Scranton. He served in the U. S. Army for 22 months.
