Tom Lepperd is a former umpire and current Director of Umpire Administration for Major League Baseball.

Lepperd worked as a supervisor in the Minor League Umpire Development Program from 1987 to 1998, and was assistant to the director of National League umpires in 1998 and 1999. Since 2000 he has worked as Director of Umpire Administration for Major League Baseball.
