Vic Keen was a professional player and manager.

Following his first and only start for the Athletics in 1918, Vic returned to the University of Maryland to work toward his medical degree. After winning 16 straight games for Maryland in 1921 he was tendered contract offers by 15 major league teams. Vic signed with the Chicago Cubs. In 1922 he was in the minors with Wichita Falls, after winning 13 and losing only 4, Vic was called back to the Cubs to stay. Vic was the son of a Methodist minister he was nicknamed the "Parson" and he refused to pitch on Sundays.
