Wiley Joe Cannon is married and has one daughter and lives in Burbank, California. His nationality is Irish. He graduated from Burbank High School in 1944 and participated in baseball, basketball, football and track. He attended Compton College and played baseball, basketball and football. He is an operating engineer during the off-season. He served in the U. S. Marine Corps for 14 months. His most interesting experience was taking part in a triple play at Eugene last year.
