From Oshkosh in Base Ball, Published July 4th, 1913 by Castle-Pierce, Oshkosh Wis., written by Moses Hooper. Page 4:
"The first match game [of the Oshkosh Everett base ball club] was played at Green Bay in 1865 on Astor Heights with the Stars of Green Bay, chivalrous baseball players. The Stars made thirty six tallies, but the Everetts won."
As of now nothing else known of the Green Bay Stars.
