Paper of July 2 announced three upcoming games with Proctorknott (now known just as Proctor), a community outside of Duluth for July 2, 3rd, and 4th. Games to be called at 3:15 p.m. with admission of 0.25 cents. Starting lineup for Hibbing announced.

Paper of July 9 gave the scores and brief accounts of these three games: Proctor 6-4 in the first game; Hibbing 13 to 11 in the second; and Proctor 22-15 in the third game.

Hibbing Sentinel of 1894-1895 checked; no games found. 1896-1897 still needs to be checked.

Hibbing established in July 1893.

Population: est. 1,400 in August 1895; 2,481 in 1900.....high of 21,193 in 1980.
