The Augusta Chronicle, July 12, 1876 notes a match game of base ball last Tuesday, between the Stonewalls of Henry County, and the Sooners of Rockdale County, at Oak Hill. The Stonewalls won 23-16.
Henry County GA (1880 population about 14,000) is about 25 miles SE of Atlanta.
