The Ouachita Telegraph (Monroe, LA) Aug. 29, 1879 reports that the Morehouse Bluffers of Bastrop defeated the Hamburg, Arkansas base ball club 19-18

Hamburg AR (pop. 3000) is about 120 S of Little Rock near the SE corner of the state.
